Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be intimated through email: [email protected]. Cancellation through the WhatsApp, Message, Facebook, and over the phone will not accept. And the refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email. All refunds will be processed within two weeks on receipt of E-mail.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure:
In the case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s whatsoever, we must be intimated in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date of receipt of your letter.
The cancellation charges are appended herewith:
 Normal advance amount: 50% of the tour/service cost.
  • 60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost
  • 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost
  • 29 days to 10 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost
  • 09 days to 07 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost
  • 00 to 06 days prior to arrival – NO REFUND
  • No refund for the cancellation done after the tour/service starts or partially used.
  • For Credit/Debit card/PayPal there will a 5% extra cancellation charge.
  • No cancellation on peak season between 20 December and 05 January.
Special Case 1 (Strike): In case of any labor strike or owner strike and we are unable to process the booking on the date, the booking can be rescheduled to any other available date or the entire refund of the amount paid by the customer will be provided.
Special Case 2 ( Natural Calamities):
In the case of natural calamities, bookings can be rescheduled to any other convenient date according to availability. Not valid for peak season (20 December to 5 January). Peak dates price difference will be applicable. Refunds will be provided to cancellations only for cases of natural calamity. The refund will be up to 50% of the paid advance amount. The bank charges or any other service charges will be extra. Cancellations have to be intimated through email: [email protected], a minimum of 3 days prior to check-in date. Refunds will be processed within 45 working days.
NB: Cancellation through WhatsApp, Facebook, Message or any other medium will not accept.
