Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be intimated through email: beautifulalleppey@gmail.com. Cancellation through WhatsApp, Message, Facebook, and over the phone will not accept. And the refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email. All refunds will be processed within two weeks of receipt of the E-mail.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure:
 
 
In the case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s whatsoever, we must be intimated in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date of receipt of your letter.
 
The cancellation charges are appended herewith:
 
 Average advance amount: 50% of the tour/service cost.
 
  • A fixed Cancellation charge of ₹ 500
  • 15 days to 10 days prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost
  • 09 days to 04 days prior to arrival – 15% of the tour/service cost
  • Postponing the date is possible until 04 days prior to arrival. (based on availability and if weekends, holidays, or special days that days rates are applicable)
  • 03 to 00 days prior to arrival – NO REFUND
  • No refund for the cancellation is done after the tour/service starts or is partially used.
  • For Credit/Debit card/PayPal, there will be a 5% extra cancellation charge.
Special Case 1 (Strike): In case of any labor strike or owner strike and we are unable to process the booking on the date, the booking can be rescheduled to any other available date or the entire refund of the amount paid by the customer will be provided.
Special Case 2 ( Natural Calamities):
In the case of natural calamities, bookings can be rescheduled to any other convenient date according to availability. Not valid for peak season (20 December to 5 January). Peak dates price difference will be applicable. Refunds will be provided to cancellations only for cases of natural calamity. The refund will be up to 90% of the paid advance amount. The bank charges or any other service charges will be extra. Cancellations have to be intimated through email: beautifulalleppey@gmail.com, a minimum of 3 days prior to the check-in date. Refunds will be processed within 45 working days.
NB: Cancellation through WhatsApp, Facebook, Message, or any other medium will not accept.
Special Case 3 ( CORONA/COVID -19 Positive): In case You or any of the member(s) in your travel group is tested as CoVID positive, The bookings can be rescheduled or canceled, for this, the test result of COVID positive certificate/document and Government Issued Valid ID Card Copy [Any] of the same person needs to be shared with us as proof. The reschedules can be done to any other convenient date according to availability. Peak dates price difference will be applicable. The advance amount you have paid can be deducted from the new booking amount. The Refunds can be initiated only after deducting Payment Gateway & Internet Handling Charges from the advance amount you have paid if payment is done using the payment gateway. We cannot process the reschedule / refund without any proof/ supporting documents otherwise it will come under the normal cancellation/ reschedule policy. The Reschedule/ Cancellations have to be intimated through email as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed within 20 working days. No refund / reschedules can be given if the request raises 1 Day prior to the trip date.
