- For Alleppey-Kumarakom extra Rs500\- and for Alleppey-Kollam extra Rs1000\-
- Deposit of 50% of total cost required upon confirmation.

- No transfer are included in the above rates.
- Children above 5 years are charged for food.
- Children above 12 years will be treated as adult.
- A/C will function only from 09:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
- The above published rates are not valid for NOV, DEC, JAN.
- From December 15th to January 10th -25 to 50% hike on the above rates.
- Special dishes can be arranged subject to availability against direct payment.
- All check in & check out will be done as per the time mentioned above.
- Management will not be responsible for late arrivals.
